Red goes to grandma with some goods,
And meets Wolf in the woods.
She has a family picture ready.
“This is my daddy. I love my daddy.
Also grandpa, uncle, aunt and dear mommy.”
Wolf shows his brother and sister as he can,
Then he follows Red. What’s his plan?
The Gingerbread Man
Jack and Jill make two gingerbread men.
They come alive as a big surprise then.
“I have a nose, eyes, eyebrows, and ears.”
“Here is my mouth, and here are my teeth.”
The two also have a forehead and a chin.
The kids want to catch them. Will they win?
Hansel and Gretel
Lost Hansel and Gretel are so hungry.
They pretend to have food which is free.
“I like sandwiches, with some milk.”
“I have rice and noodles every day.”
Juice and eggs will do, too.
Or apples and bread for the two.
They find a house of cake.
Is it real or is it a fake?
The Red Shoes
Karen and Mother go to a shop.
She tries on dresses without a stop.
“It is purple. It is green.
Yellow and white are so clean.”
Black, blue and orange, too.
“Red is my color. What beautiful shoes!”
Mother’s sick but she goes to dance.
What will happen? Can you guess?

The Bremen Town Musicians
A rooster, a donkey, a cat and a dog.
They come to sing in Bremen Town.
“It is a cat. Its name is Kitty.
A cat goes meow, meow, meow.”
“It’s my hamster, it’s so cute.
I want a turtle, and a fish, too.
My dear friend, how about you?”
“I want a bird to play with my rabbit.
And I want a frog that goes ribbit.”
Pets are cool, and so is the show.
Well done, musicians, way to go.
Beauty and the Beast
Belle goes to the Beast for her father.
His home is dirty; that is a bother.
“There is a sofa in the living room.
The sofa is dirty. Let’s clean it with a broom.”
“Here is the chair, and here is the table.
Let’s clean the chair, and also the table.”
The window, the curtain, and the TV.
The door, the phone, and all you can see.
Beauty and the Beast clean them all.
What will the Beast turn into? Do you know?
The Gold Bag and the Silver Bag
Poor Sawyer is packing for school.
His bag is worn, and not so cool.
“I don’t have my book here. I need the book.
Please give me the book. So, I can have a look.”
“Thank you for the book, the crayons, scissors and glue.
I need the pencil, the eraser, paper and ruler, too.”
Finally he is ready, but life is not easy.
The bag breaks and falls into the river.
Now, which bag is his; old, gold or silver?
The Wolf and the Seven Little Kids
One, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six and Seven,
Plus Mother Goat makes eight, which is even.
She goes for market and leaves kids at home.
“I am number one. I am nine years old.
We’ll be good at home, Mother. No worries at all.”
Wolf buys chalk and flour. It’s ten dollars.
He acts like Mother, then shows his true colors.
Finally she returns, but only Seven is there.
There are ten blocks, and scissors a pair.
They go for Wolf without being scared.

The Boy Who Cried Wolf
Shawn got bored watching sheep.
He played with them instead of going to sleep.
“I want to play on the bench.
Let’s play on the bench.”
Also on the seesaw and monkey bars,
And on the soccer field, like football stars.
“Playing on the tricycle is fun.
I love playing on the tricycle in the sun.”
Riding on the swings and merry-go-round,
They did nothing but play around.
Then, the wolf came quietly and slowly.
Shawn started to cry wolf but nobody came.
Because he had done it for nothing before.
What can he do? Can he hide?
The Little Match Seller
Poor little Anna sold matches all day,
No matter it was a sunny, or a rainy day.
“It’s rainy today, and it’s very chilly. Oh!
I hope it’ll be cool and sunny tomorrow.”
But the next day was cloudy and cold.
Anna had matches that needed to be sold.
That night was not warm at all.
Instead, it was snowy and cold.
Anna lit a match, a hot stove came into view.
But when it burned out, the view was gone, too.
So, Anna lit matches one after another,
To see beautiful things and her grandmother.

The Princess and the Pea
King and Queen took Lily on a stormy night.
“Where are you, Prince?” He’s not in sight.
“I am on the floor in front of the fireplace.
You are in our castle now, come see the ace.”
Prince put a chess set on the table, and they started to play.
They had a good game to end that day.
In a room, they put twenty mattresses on the bed.
Pillows out of the closet, blankets out of the box.
They put them on it, which had no rocks.
Without knowing a pea was under, Lily went to rest.

The Ugly Duckling
Ugly duckling Sig was big and strong.
His mom was proud for nothing was wrong.
“I am big, and you are small.
You are smaller than me. Aren’t you all?”
He was tall, and the rest were short.
They said cruelly that he was not their sort.
He left the farm and went out on his own.
He met animals that he had never known.
“Wow, you look tall! How tall are you?”
“I am as tall as a giraffe, and taller than you.”
Goose was fast and he was slow,
He was happy to make friends though.
Time passed, and he was different then.
Guess what would make him happy again.
